🌿 Take a Moment for Self-Care – You Deserve It

Hi Everyone,

As we continue to push forward in your NCLEX prep/Refresher and coursework, I want to gently remind you of something equally important—self-care.

Nursing requires compassion, resilience, and a sharp mind. But to pour into others, we must take time to pour back into ourselves. Regular rest, mindfulness, and moments of calm can help reduce burnout, improve focus, and protect your mental well-being.

I’ve posted a short relaxation video below to help you decompress. Whether you use it for a quick study break or as part of your evening routine, I hope it brings you a moment of peace.
